I’m going to break the rules straight away and do you backwards, because while dim sum doesn’t immediately make me think of you[0], seeing your username always reminds me of our lovely chats about dim sum on my Chinese menu blog.

[0] It mainly makes me think (a) I bet I’m going to be in charge of cutting up the turnip cake again, and (b) how am I going to persuade the newbies that we have to eat the fried dough cheung fun before it goes soggy.

I still miss that blog, I learned so much from it, and I think of it and the time we got to have dim sum together everytime I get some of the dishes it introduced me to.

I miss it too! It was an awful lot of work though. I’m glad I did it, but also glad I stopped.
