No, I'm afraid this is what Tesco sell as "Mozzarella for Pizza", which is a bit less squidgy and not in liquid. It's easier to grate onto pizza, and melts just as well as the squidgier kind. I've not tried freezing proper mozzarella, but it's probably worth a go.
